Trey will be one of the Team Leaders for Team 1.

Curt and Hilary will be Team Leaders for Team 2.

As Stacy already pointed out the purpose of splitting teams is to "allow your smaller team to be more effective in ministry and get you guys to really dig deep in community. You’ll all be in Ometepe the whole time and you’ll switch ministry sites mid-point. Each team will spend one month working with Charles doing outreach in the community, and one month working with an orphanage.
